Cottage Cheese Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor. Blend for 1 minute, or until the batter is silky smooth.
03 - Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray. Use a silicone spatula to evenly spread it out into a thin, uniform rectangle, avoiding any gaps.
04 - Bake in the center of the oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden. Adjust time as needed based on your oven.
05 - Let the wrap cool completely on the tray to allow it to firm up. Carefully peel it off the parchment paper once fully cooled.
06 - Cut the wrap into 2 sections and fill with your favorite combinations such as cream cheese with crispy bacon, grilled chicken with avocado slices, or smoked salmon with cream cheese and dill.

# Notes:

01 - Cool the wrap completely before removing from the parchment, as this prevents tearing.
