Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor. Blend for 1 minute, or until the batter is silky smooth.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray. Use a silicone spatula to evenly spread it out into a thin, uniform rectangle, avoiding any gaps.

Bake in the center of the oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden. Adjust time as needed based on your oven.

Let the wrap cool completely on the tray to allow it to firm up. Carefully peel it off the parchment paper once fully cooled.

Cut the wrap into 2 sections and fill with your favorite combinations such as cream cheese with crispy bacon, grilled chicken with avocado slices, or smoked salmon with cream cheese and dill.
