Crispy Greek Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - Juice of 1 lemon
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - 1 tsp dried thyme
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
02 - Add the chicken tenders to the bowl, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or longer for enhanced flavor.
03 - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place them on the preheated grill or skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
05 - Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes to retain moisture. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
