08 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 2 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Dice broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper into small pieces. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature to make it easier to mix.
02 - Combine the softened cream cheese with mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
03 - Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to make them pliable. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle diced vegetables, shredded cheese, and green onions on top.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly. Use toothpicks to secure the rolls. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes to set or refrigerate overnight for easy prep ahead.
