High Protein Creamy Garlic Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Seasoning

01 - 800g chicken breast, cubed
02 - 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 2 tsp onion powder
04 - 2 tsp mixed herbs
05 - 1 tsp chili flakes
06 - 2 tsp paprika
07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 2 tsp olive oil

→ Crispy Potatoes

09 - 800g uncooked potatoes, cubed
10 - 1 tsp salt
11 - 1 tsp garlic powder
12 - 1 tsp mixed herbs
13 - 1 tsp chili flakes
14 - 1 tsp paprika
15 - Olive oil or cooking spray (optional)

→ Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

16 - 120ml milk (any type)
17 - 100g light cream cheese
18 - 40g grated Parmesan cheese
19 - Salt to taste
20 - Garlic powder to taste
21 - Mixed herbs to taste
22 - 50g shredded mozzarella (or low-fat cheese)
23 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the cubed potatoes in an air fryer at 200°C for 18-20 minutes or bake in an oven at 200°C for 20-23 minutes until golden and crispy.
02 - Sauté the seasoned cubed chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
03 - Lower the heat, add milk and cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
04 - Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet, mix well, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 4-5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
05 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
