Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base layer

01 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
02 - 2 cups powdered sugar
03 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
04 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter

→ Topping

05 - 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 baking dish with foil, leaving an overhang on the sides for easier removal of the bars.
02 - In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
03 - Add the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter to the bowl with melted butter. Mix until well combined.
04 - Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
05 - In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
06 - Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
07 - Refrigerate the bars for 1 hour until firm.
08 - Carefully remove the bars from the pan using the foil overhang. Slice into 16 bars and serve.
