# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large carrots
02 - 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
04 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 1/2 lime, juiced
07 - Sesame seeds
08 - Green onion, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and peel the raw carrots. Use a peeler to create thin carrot ribbons. Refer to the provided video for guidance.
02 - Place the carrot ribbons into a large bowl. Add sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, and lime juice. Mix thoroughly to combine.
